Information we collect
We collect the information needed to prepare and assist with your vehicle-finance application, including contact and residential details, residency status, household expenses, employment and income, debts, identification documents and declarations.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to identify you, prepare and submit your application to Finance Now, answer application questions, verify information, communicate with you, prevent fraud and support applicable legal and responsible-lending requirements. Providing the information is voluntary, but all applicable fields are required to submit the application.
Who receives the information
Your information and documents will be available to authorised Swift Bros Automotive staff and provided to Finance Now. Finance Now may use and disclose information under its privacy policy, including through identity, credit, affordability, fraud-prevention and verification checks.
Storage and security
Submissions are transmitted using HTTPS. Application details and documents are encrypted before storage, and access is restricted to authorised administrators. Notification emails contain only a secure dashboard link and application reference—not financial details or identity documents.
Retention
We retain application information only while reasonably required for the application, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Information no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised.
